Anything issues with the Terms of Service can be discussed with the artist prior to payment.

All artwork is handled as digital goods, thus no physical products with be available

All payment is in USD and is done through Paypal

Payment is paid half upon the start of the commission and the other half when completed. The client will receive the final product upon final payment

The artist has the right to cancel any projects and refund any amount of payment that was received from the client if the artist is unable to complete said product

The client is allowed to receive full refunds if they decide to cancel their commission before the first draft/preview is created

No refunds will not be given back after the first draft is created

Once the first draft is created, edits and revisions will be done until the final is complete

If the client requests any extras such as additional frames or add-ons, payment will be required before the artist continues with said changes

No changes will be allowed after the project has been finalized

Updates of the design are provided occasionally but can be requested at any point by the client. All designs will be confirmed as final before delivery

The artist retains all rights to the specific project created and is allowing the client to use the product for their intended uses only

The client must share the artist's username (Lunarese) and Twitter handle (@Lunarese) when the product is showcased publically or is asked about the creator of said product

The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute, or modify any of the design work. (Especially for NFTs)
